Ka-CHING: UK signs up for 90 million doses of vaccine

Ministers have signed agreements to secure up to 90 million doses of swine flu vaccine despite the fact that a pandemic has not yet been declared, it was announced today.

The deals with pharmaceutical companies GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Baxter will secure “early supplies” of a vaccine for the newly identified H1N1 strain.

Enough “pre-pandemic” vaccine has been ordered to protect at least half of the population by December, at an estimated cost of £100 million.

This is in addition to the purchase of 500 million doses of anti-viral drugs that have already been stockpiled to help treat illness and deals to procure vaccine in the event of a pandemic.

Reasons Elite Use Bioterrorism

Government, the mainstream media, and the drug companies are trying hard to keep it secret that Baxter was caught very recently shipping weaponized avian flu while they hype the scare of the latest swine flu outbreak. They’ve done this many other times.

Why?

The ruling elite have a lot of power and wealth. Their primary goal is to protect their wealth and power. Bioterrorism helps them achieve this goal with three prime objectives.

First, there is the profit objective. Bioterrorism helps the ruling elite profit by owning shares of corporations which develop and manufacture vaccines and drugs such as Tamiflu. This increases this wealth through insider trading and allows them to buy more power.

Second, there is the depopulation objective. Depopulation helps make resources more available. With more resources available, there is less competition and strife in society. A large, hungry mob is a danger to the ruling elite. A smaller mob is easier to be kept happy and to control. There is also less traffic and more nature for the elite to enjoy with less people.

Third, there is the martial law objective. Bioterrorism creates a lot fear and allows government to implement martial law. With martial law the ruling elite have stronger police powers to keep their wealth and power secure.

Geneva, May 14 (DPA) There is no evidence to support a theory that the new influenza A(H1N1) virus was created in a laboratory, a World Health Organisation official said Thursday.
Scientists associated with the WHO had taken the theory seriously, said Keiji Fukuda, the organisation’s head of health security, and looked into the claim.

“This group of scientist believes that this hypothesis does not stand up to scrutiny,” Fukuda told reporters in Geneva, saying it was most likely a “naturally occurring virus”.

An Australian scientist, Adrian Gibbs, had submitted a paper to the WHO Saturday in which he had put forth his theory.

Fukuda said the incident was a “good example” of cross-border cooperation and scientists taking advantage of the way modern technology allows them to share information, unlike at any other time in history.

Also, the official said there were so far no signs that the virus, also known as swine flu, was showing resistance to anti-viral drugs.

Fukuda said the WHO would like to see anti-virals made available “as broadly and widely as possible”, and the organisation was working with poorer nations to achieve this. It has already distributed some 2.4 million doses to the world’s least developed countries and Mexico.

Scientist arrested for smuggling vials used in Ebola research into US

OTTAWA (AFP) — A Canadian scientist has been arrested for smuggling 22 vials stolen from Canada's National Microbiology Lab, used in Ebola and HIV research, into the United States, Canadian and US officials said Wednesday.

Konan Michel Yao, 42, "was taken into custody" while crossing the border from Manitoba province into the western US state of North Dakota on May 5, said a spokeswoman for the Public Health Agency of Canada, which operates the lab.

According to US prosecutor Lynn Jordheim, Yao was detained for carrying unidentified biological materials in vials wrapped in aluminium foil inside a glove and packaged in a plastic bag, along with electrical wires, in the trunk of his car.

Yao said in an affidavit he stole the vials, described as research vectors, from the Winnipeg lab on his last day of work there on January 21.

He told US border guards he was taking them to his new job with the National Institutes of Health at the Biodefense Research Laboratory in Bethesda, Maryland.

WASHINGTON, May 13 (Reuters) - Fewer than a third of U.S. adults would get a shot especially made to protect against the new H1N1 swine flu virus, according to a poll released on Thursday.

Most are simply not that worried about the new flu, which has spread around the globe, killed more than 60 people and brought the world to the brink of a pandemic, the poll of 1,442 adults found.

Only 36 percent said they got a vaccine against seasonal influenza this year, although virtually the whole population, especially everyone over 50, children, pregnant women and people with chronic conditions, are advised to get the immunization every year.

Do not go quietly

It could be that I am imagining it but… over the course of the last several months I have experienced… or imagined that I am experiencing, a much greater degree of internal and external static. Those of you who read the news of the wider world have heard about ‘chemtrails’, the GWEN and HAARP systems and assorted micro and radio wave pulse factors as well as ‘things’ in the water supply and, of course… there’s all those chemicals going into the meat and vegetables. The Federal Reserve apparently can't account for $9 trillion in off-balance sheet transactions.

When Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Orlando) asked Inspector General Elizabeth Coleman of the Federal Reserve some very basic questions about where the trillions of dollars that have come from the Fed's expanded balance sheet, the IG didn't know.

Worse, nobody at the Fed seems to have any idea what the losses on its $2 trillion portfolio really are.

"I am shocked to find out that nobody at the Federal Reserve is keeping track of anything," Grayson says.

Avigdor Lieberman meets with David Miliband but it's a big secret what they discussed

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's first official visit to London was shrouded in secrecy. There was no press conference for British journalists, only a closed briefing for Israeli correspondents and the visit received no coverage at all in the British media on Wednesday.

In his first high level meeting as foreign minister, Lieberman met with his counterpart, David Miliband, at the Foreign Office in Whitehall on Wednesday morning.

The two discussed how Britain and Israel could continue to work together on a range of issues, particularly in the Middle East.

They expressed deep concern with Iran's nuclear ambitions and destabilizing actions in the region and had detailed discussions about the Middle East peace process and the current situation in Gaza.

Iran's nuclear ambitions: a baseline assessment

A new report from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee discusses what is known about Iran’s potential for developing nuclear weapons, as well as what is suspected or imagined.

“There is no sign that Iran’s leaders have ordered up a bomb,” the report notes. “But unclassified interviews… make clear that Iran has moved closer to completing the three components for a nuclear weapon–fissile material, warhead design and delivery system,” the report stated. Resolving suspicions about the potential military aspects of Iran’s nuclear program “will be one of the most difficult [issues] confronting negotiators for the two countries and the international community,” wrote Committee chairman Sen. John Kerry in his transmittal letter.

Burn after reading: intel dump muddies dirty war water

Throughout the long history of the Afghan War, the United States has never accused the Taliban of using white phosphorus weapons -- until now. Suddenly, after the emergence of glaring evidence of Afghan civilians being seared and maimed by these chemical weapons following American airstrikes and combat operations, the Pentagon has released "classified information" claiming that the Taliban have actually been using white phosphorus weapons for six years, since 2003: a practice that the Pentagon -- which has been using white phosphorus weapons in Afghanistan since 2002 if not before -- denounced as "reprehensible."

This is very curious. The bipartistan managers of the Terror War have always been eager to trumpet -- even exaggerate -- the atrocities committed by the various armed groups opposing the imposition of foreign troops in Afghanistan. But now we are to believe that the Pentagon has been keeping evidence of the Taliban's chemical weapons use -- chem weapons! WMDs! -- under wraps for years.

Obama reverses stance on releasing photos

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama has reversed his stance and is seeking to block release of photographs that show the treatment of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan by U.S. personnel, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said.

The president “did not feel comfortable with release of the photos” which military officials said might endanger troops, Gibbs said.

A federal appeals court ordered the release in connection with a suit.
