VKD responds.. Dean. Everyone ON CAPITOL HILL knew about this.. too much 'foot tapping' in the mens restrooms, bribery, intimidation, coerecion, blackmailing..and that long standing CAPITOL HILL DISEASE known as BLATANT ARROGANCE and ABOVE THE LAW attitude.. is really what brought this situation to a head.
This has been a CONSPIRACY planned back in the mid 1980's.. The U.S. Representative Body grew too arrogant, were paid by over 80,000 Lobbyist like Jack Abramoff to turn a blind eye to what was actually going on.
