Of course. Hollywood has been preparing to wave the jangly keys in front of your face, as ever. "Holocaust. Holocaust. Everything Israel does is justified because of the Holocaust." And how long to films take to produce? Many months, years? It's funny that they're all ready to go now, in the "hour of need", no? Not funny ha ha. Funny as in WTF? - Ed.
There is a new wave, or tsunami, of Hollywood films about the Nazi Holocaust. Some of them feature actors like Tom Cruise in "Valkyrie," actresses like Kate Winslet in "The Reader," and directors like Quentin Tarantino, with his "Inglourious Basterds."
The films, which were made for the holiday season, include "Adam Resurrected" and "Defiance." The topics range from the failed plot against Hitler in 1944, the story of a circus performer who survives the gas chambers, three Jewish brothers in the resistance, and a Jewish woman seeking vengeance, etc.
