"British officials' remarks show that they have learned no lessons from the past, and apparently they do not intend to correct their wrong policies," Mottaki told reporters following a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
British Foreign Secretary David Miliband gave a speech in Abu Dhabi on Monday claiming that the prospect of a nuclear-armed Iran is "the most immediate threat" to Middle East stability."
"The British government has not properly recognized the Iranian nation over the past 30 years," adding, "Iran will never yield to unfair policies," MNA quoted Mottaki as saying.
The Iranian foreign minister expressed hope that British officials would correct their wrong policies and change their approach toward the Middle East.
