Ministers have signed agreements to secure up to 90 million doses of swine flu vaccine despite the fact that a pandemic has not yet been declared, it was announced today.
The deals with pharmaceutical companies GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Baxter will secure “early supplies” of a vaccine for the newly identified H1N1 strain.
Enough “pre-pandemic” vaccine has been ordered to protect at least half of the population by December, at an estimated cost of £100 million.
This is in addition to the purchase of 500 million doses of anti-viral drugs that have already been stockpiled to help treat illness and deals to procure vaccine in the event of a pandemic.
Government, the mainstream media, and the drug companies are trying hard to keep it secret that Baxter was caught very recently shipping weaponized avian flu while they hype the scare of the latest swine flu outbreak. They’ve done this many other times.
Why?
The ruling elite have a lot of power and wealth. Their primary goal is to protect their wealth and power. Bioterrorism helps them achieve this goal with three prime objectives.
First, there is the profit objective. Bioterrorism helps the ruling elite profit by owning shares of corporations which develop and manufacture vaccines and drugs such as Tamiflu. This increases this wealth through insider trading and allows them to buy more power.
Second, there is the depopulation objective. Depopulation helps make resources more available. With more resources available, there is less competition and strife in society. A large, hungry mob is a danger to the ruling elite. A smaller mob is easier to be kept happy and to control. There is also less traffic and more nature for the elite to enjoy with less people.
Third, there is the martial law objective. Bioterrorism creates a lot fear and allows government to implement martial law. With martial law the ruling elite have stronger police powers to keep their wealth and power secure.
And WHO are we to argue? I mean, wow was that fast or what? All things should be resolved so quickly. Geneva, May 14 (DPA) There is no evidence to support a theory that the new influenza A(H1N1) virus was created in a laboratory, a World Health Organisation official said Thursday. Scientists associated with the WHO had taken the theory seriously, said Keiji Fukuda, the organisation’s head of health security, and looked into the claim.
“This group of scientist believes that this hypothesis does not stand up to scrutiny,” Fukuda told reporters in Geneva, saying it was most likely a “naturally occurring virus”.
An Australian scientist, Adrian Gibbs, had submitted a paper to the WHO Saturday in which he had put forth his theory.
Fukuda said the incident was a “good example” of cross-border cooperation and scientists taking advantage of the way modern technology allows them to share information, unlike at any other time in history.
Also, the official said there were so far no signs that the virus, also known as swine flu, was showing resistance to anti-viral drugs.
Fukuda said the WHO would like to see anti-virals made available “as broadly and widely as possible”, and the organisation was working with poorer nations to achieve this. It has already distributed some 2.4 million doses to the world’s least developed countries and Mexico.
"This study makes clear that Latin Americans with mixed ancestry are different enough from other people worldwide that a full-scale genomic mapping project would be wise both scientifically and economically," said Dr. Julio Frenk of the Harvard School of Public Health.
"It would allow doctors to analyze fewer genetic markers when diagnosing the risk that a patient will develop a disease that depends on complex factors."

OTTAWA (AFP) — A Canadian scientist has been arrested for smuggling 22 vials stolen from Canada's National Microbiology Lab, used in Ebola and HIV research, into the United States, Canadian and US officials said Wednesday.
Konan Michel Yao, 42, "was taken into custody" while crossing the border from Manitoba province into the western US state of North Dakota on May 5, said a spokeswoman for the Public Health Agency of Canada, which operates the lab.
According to US prosecutor Lynn Jordheim, Yao was detained for carrying unidentified biological materials in vials wrapped in aluminium foil inside a glove and packaged in a plastic bag, along with electrical wires, in the trunk of his car.
Yao said in an affidavit he stole the vials, described as research vectors, from the Winnipeg lab on his last day of work there on January 21.
He told US border guards he was taking them to his new job with the National Institutes of Health at the Biodefense Research Laboratory in Bethesda, Maryland.

WASHINGTON, May 13 (Reuters) - Fewer than a third of U.S. adults would get a shot especially made to protect against the new H1N1 swine flu virus, according to a poll released on Thursday.
Most are simply not that worried about the new flu, which has spread around the globe, killed more than 60 people and brought the world to the brink of a pandemic, the poll of 1,442 adults found.
Only 36 percent said they got a vaccine against seasonal influenza this year, although virtually the whole population, especially everyone over 50, children, pregnant women and people with chronic conditions, are advised to get the immunization every year.

The Federal Reserve apparently can't account for $9 trillion in off-balance sheet transactions.
When Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Orlando) asked Inspector General Elizabeth Coleman of the Federal Reserve some very basic questions about where the trillions of dollars that have come from the Fed's expanded balance sheet, the IG didn't know.
Worse, nobody at the Fed seems to have any idea what the losses on its $2 trillion portfolio really are.
"I am shocked to find out that nobody at the Federal Reserve is keeping track of anything," Grayson says.
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's first official visit to London was shrouded in secrecy. There was no press conference for British journalists, only a closed briefing for Israeli correspondents and the visit received no coverage at all in the British media on Wednesday.
In his first high level meeting as foreign minister, Lieberman met with his counterpart, David Miliband, at the Foreign Office in Whitehall on Wednesday morning.

A new report from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee discusses what is known about Iran’s potential for developing nuclear weapons, as well as what is suspected or imagined.
“There is no sign that Iran’s leaders have ordered up a bomb,” the report notes. “But unclassified interviews… make clear that Iran has moved closer to completing the three components for a nuclear weapon–fissile material, warhead design and delivery system,” the report stated. Resolving suspicions about the potential military aspects of Iran’s nuclear program “will be one of the most difficult [issues] confronting negotiators for the two countries and the international community,” wrote Committee chairman Sen. John Kerry in his transmittal letter.

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama has reversed his stance and is seeking to block release of photographs that show the treatment of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan by U.S. personnel, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said.
The president “did not feel comfortable with release of the photos” which military officials said might endanger troops, Gibbs said.
A federal appeals court ordered the release in connection with a suit.

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- The World Health Organization is investigating a claim by an Australian researcher that the swine flu virus circling the globe may have been created as a result of human error.
Adrian Gibbs, 75, who collaborated on research that led to the development of Roche Holding AG’s Tamiflu drug, said in an interview that he intends to publish a report suggesting the new strain may have accidentally evolved in eggs scientists use to grow viruses and drugmakers use to make vaccines. Gibbs said he came to his conclusion as part of an effort to trace the virus’s origins by analyzing its genetic blueprint.
TORONTO — The World Health Organization and leading influenza research groups are investigating unpublished claims that the new H1N1 swine flu virus may have evolved in a laboratory, not in nature.

Iran's Revolutionary Guards have begun deploying mobile launchers for surface-to-air and surface-to-sea missiles in the Strait of Hurmuz and other areas in the Gulf, it has been revealed.

Results from a recent opinion poll show at least one third of Americans more or less blame the Jewish community for the current economic recession.

The Pentagon wants to spend just over $50 billion on classified programs next year, newly-released Defense Department budget documents reveal. “That’s the largest-ever sum,” according to Aviation Week’s Bill Sweetman, a longtime black-budget seer — a three percent increase over last year’s total.
It makes the Pentagon’s secret operations, including the intelligence budgets nested inside, “roughly equal in magnitude to the entire defense budgets of the UK, France or Japan,” Sweetman adds. All in all, about seven and a half percent of the Defense Department’s total spending is now classified.

Mainland China has confirmed its first case of the new H1N1 flu strain and quarantined 130 passengers who had travelled with the man who tested positive.
The patient, surnamed Bao, is a 30-year-old student and is in a stable condition, China's centre for disease control said on Monday.
He is being treated at a specialist hospital in Chengdu, the capital of China's southwestern Sichuan province, after testing positive for Type A H1N1 influenza.
MOSCOW, May 8 (RIA Novosti) - Samples of the A/H1N1 swine flu virus have been delivered from the United States to Russia where scientists will conduct tests and develop a vaccine.
"Yes, the strain sample was sent yesterday from Atlanta...The plane must have arrived," a source in a medical institute involved in the research said.
A spokesman for the Epidemiology Central Research Institute said on Thursday that Russian scientists had developed tests to detect the A/H1N1 virus.
The head of Russia's Flu Research Institute, Oleg Kiselyov, said last week the scientists could create a vaccine to combat swine flu in three months.
In Mexico, the number of swine flu cases has been put at 1,112, with 42 dead. Two people have died in the United States, where officials confirmed 952 cases.
A study published today in the journal Science concludes:
While substantial uncertainty remains, clinical severity [of the current swine flu] appears less than that seen in 1918 but comparable with that seen in 1957.
The 1957 flu killed about 2 million people, which is between four and eight times more deadly than a typical seasonal flu epidemic which cause between 250,000 to 500,000 deaths each year, according to the World Health Organization.
Given that the current H1N1 strain has not killed many people to date, I am guessing that the Science projections are assuming a more lethal mutation later this year.
This time Elsevier Australia went the whole hog, giving Merck an entire publication which resembled an academic journal, although in fact it only contained reprinted articles, or summaries, of other articles. The Somali pirates attacking shipping in the Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean are directed to their targets by a "consultant" team in London, according to a European military intelligence document obtained by a Spanish radio station.
The document, obtained by Cadena SER radio, says the team and the pirates remain in contact by satellite telephone.
It says that pirate groups have "well-placed informers" in London who are in regular contact with control centres in Somalia where decisions on which vessels to attack are made. These London-based "consultants" help the pirates select targets, providing information on the ships' cargoes and courses.

Release of the photos is expected by May 28 in response to a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union.

A few months ago I shared with you my analysis about the present political situation in an article headlined “The Icarus Sect“. In this article I named the interests who for decades have been robbing our planet and are willing to sacrifice the health and the lives of billions of people in the interest of the chemical/pharmaceutical and oil Cartel.
The name “Icarus“ is taken from a figure in Greek mythology: The arrogant Icarus – armed with artificial wings made out of wax – tried to fly higher and higher. He succeeded until he got too close to the sun and its heat melted the wax of his fake wings. Inevitably, he fell from the sky to his death.
Precisely this is the fate of today’s “Icarus Sect”, those interest groups who have been ruthlessly seeking to monopolize health, food and energy supplies for the people of our planet. In order to continue their unscrupulous investment business, they were willing to bring wars, epidemics, hunger and economic crisis to our planet.
The “Icarus Sect” is doomed because – driven by their insatiable greed – they were flying too close to the sun. Now the sun – the truth – is brightly shining on the fake wings of the “Icarus Sect” (i.e. the multi-trillion dollar oil and drug business) and exposing them as fakes. The tyranny of oil and the dependency of mankind on the false promises of the drug industry is ending – and with it the century-long terror regime of the “Icarus Sect.”
This article reveals the plans of the “Icarus Sect” for 2009 – particularly as they relate to its plan to turn Europe into a corporate dictatorship under the stranglehold of the chemical/drug and oil Cartel. In short, the “Brussels EU” is being strategically developed as the “politburo” of the “Icarus Sect” and as a bridgehead for the global expansion plans of the Cartel.
Before we expose the plans of the “Icarus Sect” for 2009 it is necessary to have a look back at the origin of this Sect and its current political players. - Plan “A” seeks to resolve the on-going financial “crisis” through merely financial measures. It’s not working….
- Plan “B” will seek to resolve the “crisis” by a comprehensive overhaul of the global financial system, which among other factors will include introducing a New Dollar, backed by “foolproof” gold bullion. This will allow the global elites to transfer the bulk of Wall Street and European bankers’ losses to other geographies (amongst them, China, which is one of the focus of present crisis, as well as Latin America), and
- Plan “C” that will seek to “kick the chessboard”, so to speak, triggering a planetary war.

10/05/2009 Despite the deep financial crisis in the United States, Washington has no plans to halt its foreign aid. The American administration recently asked the Congress to approve the full security aid to Israel, which stands at $2.775 billion, as part of the 2010 budget plan.
Outgoing Israeli Ambassador to Washington Salai Meridor expressed his appreciation Saturday night following the US administration's decision to include the full security aid in the budget plan.
"This move is an implementation of part of the memorandum of understanding for 10 years, which was signed between the two countries, and an expression of the ongoing American commitment to Israel's security and to guaranteeing its exceptional advantage," he said.
The crop circle (glyph) which appeared in Clatford on May 9th has been provided a label of 'sigil' in an article at EarthFiles.Com.
Personally, I doubt that this latest crop glyph is a sigil as it is not asymetric, as are all, meaningful, sigils. As is explained in the annotated diagrams of the crop circle(glyph) below, this latest orb-created glyph is bi-laterally symetrical, as no sigil *can* be an still retain value as a code. Also let us note now that sigils are an attempt to disquise information through coding, not communicate it. Sooooo....it does not make sense to me that these orb-dudes would go to all the trouble to create these glyphs only to then use forms that 'obscure' information, as do sigils.....my conclusion therefore is that this glyph is NOT a sigil, and, assuming that it is intended to create effective communications, a different interpretation *could* be extracted.
America is putting the final touches to a hugely ambitious peace plan for the Middle East, aimed at ending more than 60 years of conflict between Israel and the Arabs, according to Jordan’s King Abdullah, who is helping to bring the parties together.
The Obama Administration is pushing for a comprehensive peace agreement that would include settling Israel’s conflict with the Palestinians and its territorial disputes with Syria and Lebanon, King Abdullah II told The Times. Failure to reach agreement at this critical juncture would draw the world into a new Middle East war next year. “If we delay our peace negotiations, then there is going to be another conflict between Arabs or Muslims and Israel in the next 12-18 months,” the King said.
Jerusalem — A report issued by the Washington Institute says Turkey has moved steadily away from its NATO allies and toward Iran, Russia and Syria.
The report, titled “The AKP’s Foreign Policy: The Misnomer of Neo-Ottomanism” and authored by senior researcher Soner Cagaptay, says Turkey’s new foreign policy — led by the ruling Justice and Development Party, or AKP according to its Turkish initials — has come at the expense of Ankara’s relations with Israel, the European Union and the United States.
“Ankara will likely opt out of a NATO consensus on Iran, clash with the United States on how to handle Hamas and Hezbollah, and disagree with the EU and the U.S. on Russia,” the report said.
On Feb. 23, 2009 the Treasury, FDIC, OCC, OTS, and the Federal Reserve made a joint statement concluding with the following paragraph.
"Currently, the major U.S. banking institutions have capital in excess of the amounts required to be considered well capitalized. This program is designed to ensure that these major banking institutions have sufficient capital to perform their critical role in our financial system on an ongoing basis and can support economic recovery, even under an economic environment that is more challenging than is currently anticipated. The customers and the providers of capital and funding can be assured that as a result of this program participating banks will be able to move forward to provide the credit necessary for the stabilization and recovery of the U.S. economy. Because our economy functions better when financial institutions are well managed in the private sector, the strong presumption of the Capital Assistance Program is that banks should remain in private hands."
The April 26 NY Times article entitled Geithner, Member and Overseer of Finance Club should be read carefully because it gives a strong indication of the meaning of "private hands."
