The British business secretary has hailed a 'thawing' of relations between Russia and the UK as he ended his four-day visit to Moscow.
"I hope my visit will intensify a thawing of the difficult political relationship that we have experienced," Peter Mandelson told reporters at the British embassy.
Mandelson's visit to Russia was the first by an incumbent British cabinet minister since early 2007.
