When a ‘leader’ announces the problem - his controllers were responsible for creating - he does not say what the ultimate aim (solution created out of public reaction) of the problem is, and will certainly NEVER say that the problem has arisen by anything other than natural means. And it must be a problem which faces ‘all of us’ - the greater the problem the greater the eventual solution. In other words, the quicker global tyranny can be brought about.
