Geraldo, or whomever reads this. On July 26, 2002 I was in a very depressed state because of an upcoming ANNIVERSARY: not a good name for a bad event. But July 29, 1967, the Forrestal blew up. The cause is obvious, and the story, told both sides, the Navy's and the men. I have not ever put this story to rest, I am one of the few sailors who knew the truth. John McCain said, well we could not have known....... au contraire.
