1. INTERPOL ran international bioterrorism exercise in September in Poland
In September 2009, senior law enforcement officials, health care professionals and experts from international organizations joined their forces to confront a chilling crisis – the plague had just been unleashed on their countries by unknown evildoers.
A fictional scenario with a serious aim
Fortunately, this terrifying situation was a scenario under control, and the civilian authorities were all participants in a Tabletop Exercise on Preventing Bioterrorism hosted by INTERPOL. This exercise simulated a global bioterrorism attack and its aftermath. Participants in the Black Death scenario were faced with a fictional, intentional plague attack involving countries from their region, with the exercise designed to assist them in identifying critical co-operation and co-ordination issues which could hinder a quick and successful response to such an attack in real life.
The idea behind this exercise, the third in a series organized by INTERPOL, has been described by the Organization's Secretary General, Ronald K. Noble, as “helping focus our joint understanding of the role and responsibility of each of us – police, health care professionals, experts – in response to a bioterrorism incident, as well as identifying possible gaps or redundancies so that we can draw lessons from them.”
Inter-agency co-operation in Central and Eastern Europe
Organized by the INTERPOL Bioterrorism Unit, this third edition of the event took place from 29-30 September in Warsaw, Poland. Participants in the workshop numbered 27 from six Central and Eastern European countries (Belarus, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine), as well as 15 participants from international organizations such as Europol, the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA), the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Centre for Disease Control, the European Commission (Directorate General for Health and Consumer Affairs and Directorate General for Justice, Freedom and Security), the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
A wide range of INTERPOL initiatives
The tabletop exercise is the latest in a series of initiatives launched by INTERPOL since the creation of its Bioterrorism Prevention programme. INTERPOL has worked ceaselessly since 2005 to heighten its member countries’ awareness of the dangers of bioterrorism [be afraid be very afraid - ed.] and to enhance their preparedness for a bioterrorist attack. The Bioterrorism Prevention Programme has co-ordinated a series of events, starting with the Global Conference on Preventing Bioterrorism in March 2005; regional workshops in Africa, South America, Europe and Asia; train-the-trainer sessions all over the world; and practical tabletop exercises such as the one outlined above.

2. cover-ups in Ukraine: WHO withholds gene sequence as cases double again -- interview with Dr. Ott at the bottom of the article
After infected cases double again in the Ukraine plague approaching the 1 million mark, the World Health Organization (WHO) is holding back gene sequences which could provide evidence of the mutation or recombination of the H1N1 or novel virus. The numbers of cases from the latest update from Ukraine total 910, 640 hospitalized and Influenza cases (including acute respiratory illess). A total of 135 people have die according to official statistics.
...Although the WHO has suggested that these alarming numbers may reflect sub-standard medical and housing conditions, the transmission rates suggest something far more alarming.
However, because the virus already has demonstrated an ability to cause fatal infections in a disproportionate number of children and previously healthy adults, small changes in the virus could lead to increases in viral load leading to an increase in cytokine storm frequency and hemorrhagic pneumonia, as reported for earlier cases.
The first deputy minister of Health in Ukraine said in a statement that they have a different H1N1 swine flu than the rest of the world, but no confirmed evidence has been released from the WHO. Despite huge differences in transmission and death rates, the agency stated last Tuesday that it was valid to assume that most of the cases of influenza reportedly combing through the Ukraine were caused by the pandemic A(H1N1) virus. 3. IN CONTRAST, hemorraghic fever cases in China handled quickly in August
HAINAN PREFECTURE, Qinghai, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- China's actions against the pneumonic plague in the northwestern Qinghai Province are effective and the disease is unlikely to spread from the epidemic center, experts from the Ministry of Health said Wednesday. Health authorities in Qinghai reacted promptly to the plague and found out the chain of disease transmission in a short time, which is the key of the effective control, said Professor Liang Wannian, deputy director of the Emergency Office of the Ministry of Health, in Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Wednesday. The local government has sealed off 3,500 square km centre around the Ziketan Township, with a population of 10,000, and established 23 quarantine stations working around the clock. "There is no need to worry about the infection if you travel to Qinghai, not to speak of panic," said Liang. No other infections were found except for the 12 patients in Ziketan who were quarantined on July 31, three of whom died and one was in critical condition as of Tuesday, said Dong Fukui, deputy government chief of Hainan prefecture that administers Ziketan. source
HARBIN, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- A city in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has reported seven hemorrhagic fever cases, a local health official said Monday. Zhang Yanjie, director of the Yichun municipal health bureau, confirmed the outbreak in a bid to dispel rumors on the Internet that say the city had pneumonic plague cases. The seven people living in different parts of the forests in Jinshantun District contracted the disease between July 28 and August 3, he said. The patients are in stable condition. Investigation shows that the patients drank water or ate food contaminated by mice. Local health authorities are ordered to ensure earlier recovery of the patients from the illness and to step up efforts to prevent outbreaks of contagious diseases.

4. WHO approves of Ukrainian government's actions in response to flu epidemic -- CLEARLY, AS THE DISEASE IS SPREADING RAPIDLY
The international mission of the World Health Organization has said that the actions of Ukraine's government aimed at battling the flu epidemic were appropriate. "We can only approve of the actions of the Ukrainian government that they so quickly and appropriately began to respond to the epidemic," head of the international mission of the WHO Regional Office for Europe, Jukka Pukkila, said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday.
He couldn't say what were the peculiar features of the swine flu epidemic in Ukraine. Pukkila stressed that nine experts, members of the WHO mission, will continue looking into the situation with the swine flu outbreak in Ukraine. The experts will be studying the rate of the А/H1N1 cases, and the treatment provided to people with flu-like symptoms who have sought help from doctors. The final results of the WHO investigation will be made public soon, the mission head said.

5. Ukraine's pneumonic plague: a new strain of flu many times more lethal than H1N1
There is a very organized and structured system among us to coordinate the release of a weaponized flu with the goal of killing people at unprecedented rates. The pneumonic plague now being witnessed in the Ukraine may be just the beginning of this global effort.
SARS, Avian Flu, and Swine flu appear to have been just trials for deadlier killers such as the current pneumonic plague which is likely another weaponized strain similar to H1N1. Perhaps the pneumonic plague itself is another trial for something more lethal.
There are many questions that have yet to be addressed. How did this virus spread so quickly? Why are the actual numbers not being reported? What has changed in the H1N1 virus to cause this plague or is it a completely new virus? Who is benefiting from the hype or reality of the situation?
With the so-called Mexican Swine Flu, we saw the gross ineffectiveness of national governments and the World Health Organization in preventing the spread of A/H1N1, which is a mild virus. This new lab produced virus is a certainly a killer and we can likely expect it to spread throughout the world in the next few weeks or months. The mainstream media seems to be collectively timing the release of this information for some opportune moment.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recently confirmed that the A/H1N1 virus showed no signs of mutating, or becoming more virulent. Which leaves little alternative but to conclude that the virus is either a random mutation, proving the WHO wrong, or that it has been a newly released bio-weapon possibly courtesy of Baxter International.
