As we reported in the previous intelligence briefing, the government of Canada is being used as a staging area for Pakistani ISI secret Directorate false flag terrorist attacks to take place in the United States sometime after the first of the year.
This week the Canadian government was functionally shut down by Canada's Governor-General Michaëlle Jean as an espionage and export control investigation involving the government of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper widens.
Note: The Governor-General of Canada is the direct representative of British Monarch Queen Elizabeth.
It is important to remember that Canada functionally remains a colony of Great Britain. A member of the Canadian Parliament, Senator Colin Kenny, has "smoking gun" evidence from a little known Canadian federal agency that collects financial intelligence, FINTRAC, the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, of numerous major government officials circumventing Canadian export controls through companies operating in Canada, and overseas, in the trafficking of nuclear materials to secret paramilitary bases in Eastern and Western Canada.
The individuals were said to be shipping restricted materials in a way that indicated they were trying to avoid being detected.
